We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Products such as opened software, personal care items, or products marked as “non-returnable” are not eligible for return.

  • The product is not as described on the website.
  • Returns for any other reason (like change of mind or wrong selection) may not be accepted unless approved on a case-by-case basis.
